By downloading and using the GapXai mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. App Functionality GapXai provides golf data analysis and equipment recommendations based on data you provide. The analysis, projections, and recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not a guarantee of future performance. The app is currently in a beta testing phase and is a work in progress.

2. User Accounts You must register for an account to use the features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You agree that the data you provide is your own or that you have the right to use it.

4. Disclaimers The App is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that its results will be completely accurate. GapXai is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party equipment manufacturers or golf organizations.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall GapXai or its developer be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
