Terms of Use for Bag Lab

By downloading and using the Bag Lab mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. App Functionality Bag Lab provides golf equipment analysis and AI-powered recommendations based on data you provide. The analysis, projections, and recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not a guarantee of future performance.

2. User Accounts You may sign in using Sign in with Apple to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You may delete your account at any time from within the App under Settings.

3. Subscriptions and Payments Bag Lab offers an auto-renewable yearly subscription ("Bag Lab Premium") at $19.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Promotional Access During introductory promotional periods, new users who sign in may receive complimentary premium access for a limited time. This promotional access is granted in-app and does not involve an external purchase.

5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You agree that the data you provide is your own or that you have the right to use it.

6. Disclaimers The App is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that its results will be completely accurate. Bag Lab is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party equipment manufacturers or golf organizations.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Bag Lab or its developer be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
